Booking & Payments
You can book directly on our website by visiting any product page and filling out the booking form. Alternatively, you can email us at info@funhouserentals.com or fill out the contact form. We'll confirm your booking within 2 hours!
We offer two payment options: a 50% deposit now with the balance due on delivery day, or full payment upfront at a 5% discount. The deposit option is the most popular for flexibility.
Cancellations made 7+ days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations 3–6 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, but we offer free rescheduling if weather is the cause.
Absolutely! We offer one free reschedule per booking if requested at least 48 hours before the event. Simply contact us and we'll find a new date that works for you. We're very flexible!

Delivery & Setup
Yes! Delivery, professional setup, and breakdown are 100% free within our standard service area. There are no hidden fees. For locations outside our service zone, a small travel fee of $25–$50 may apply — we'll always tell you upfront.
Most standard bounce houses take about 20–30 minutes to set up. Larger items like obstacle courses or water slides may take up to 60–75 minutes. We always arrive 1–2 hours before your event start time to ensure everything is ready.
We can set up on grass (preferred), concrete, asphalt, and some indoor surfaces. Grass is ideal as it allows us to stake the unit for extra safety. For concrete or hard surfaces, we use sandbag anchoring. Please let us know the surface type when booking.
Safety first! We monitor weather closely. If heavy rain or strong winds are forecast, we'll contact you the day before to discuss options — including rescheduling at no extra charge. Light drizzle generally isn't a problem for most rentals. Wet/dry slides are designed for outdoor use and light rain is fine.

Products & Safety
Absolutely. Every inflatable is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with child-safe disinfectants after each rental. We also conduct a full safety inspection before each delivery to check for any issues. All our units meet or exceed ASTM safety standards.
Age and weight limits vary by unit. Most bounce houses are recommended for ages 3–12 with a max of 6–8 kids at a time. Water slides typically accommodate ages 5+ with a max weight of 250 lbs per rider. Specific limits are listed on each product page. Adults can often use larger units — ask us!
Yes, we strongly recommend a responsible adult supervise all inflatable activities at all times. For the mechanical bull rental, an operator is included with every booking for safety. We provide safety guidelines with every rental that cover supervision best practices.
Space requirements vary per unit. A standard bounce house needs about 20x20 ft of clear, level space including clearance on all sides. Slides and obstacle courses need more — typically 30–60 ft in length. We'll confirm space requirements when you book. Always ensure overhead clearance of at least 14 ft.
